About Lemon Sole (Microstomus Kitt )

Lemon sole can grow up to 65 cm in lenght and around 3 kilos in weight. They can reach 23 years in age.

It is a bottom-dwelling fish which can stay at 10 - 200 meters depths.

Sole is a very good source of protein. Its fat content can vary considerably and thus also the quantity of omega-3 fatty acids.
